2.3 Payment Issues

3. No Refunds

3.1 All Sales Final

All purchases made through YBevents are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, tickets for virtual Events, registrations, and Digital Products.

3.2 Postponed Events

If an Event is postponed, rescheduled, or otherwise modified, no refunds will be issued. Your registration or ticket will remain valid for the new date or format, if applicable.

3.3 Digital Product Purchases

Digital Products (including but not limited to downloads, recordings, or online courses) are non-refundable once the purchase is completed.

4. Virtual Events

4.1 License to Attend

Your purchase of a ticket or registration grants you a limited, non-transferable license to attend or access the specified virtual Event. This license is solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

4.2 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary internet connectivity, compatible devices, and software to access the Event. We are not liable for any interruption or issue with your internet service or device that may affect your viewing experience.

4.3 Event Content

We reserve the right to modify the Event schedule, speaker lineup, and content without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.

4.4 Code of Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful, lawful manner during any live or interactive components of our virtual Events. We reserve the right to remove or block anyone from the Event platform if they engage in harassment, hate speech, illegal activity, or any behavior we deem disruptive or inappropriate, without refund or compensation.

5. Digital Products

5.1 Access and Use

Digital Products are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any Digital Product beyond its intended use.

5.2 Ownership and Intellectual Property

All Digital Products, including any associated text, graphics, images, videos, and downloads, are owned or licensed by YBevents. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You agree not to infringe upon, misappropriate, or violate our intellectual property rights.

6. Postponed or Modified Events

6.1 No Refunds for Changes

If an Event is postponed, rescheduled, or otherwise modified (including changing from a live or in-person format to a virtual format), no refunds will be issued. Your ticket or registration will remain valid for the modified or rescheduled Event.

6.2 Notice

While we will make reasonable attempts to inform you of any significant changes to an Event, we cannot guarantee that you will be notified before the original Event date. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current and check for Event updates.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Assumption of Risk

You assume all risks associated with your participation in any Event or use of any Digital Product. You agree that YBevents shall not be liable for any personal injury, damage to property, lost profits, or any other direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your attendance at or participation in our Events, or from your use of our Digital Products.

7.2 No Warranties

All Events and Digital Products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7.3 Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate or link to third-party platforms (e.g., streaming or conferencing software). We are not responsible for the availability, quality, or content of such third-party services and disclaim all liability for their performance.
